Terms of Service

Effective August 30, 2026

These terms cover your use of Popboard, the app and services operated by Popboard ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the contact details you sign in with. You must be at least 13 to use Popboard.

Your content

What you share in Popboard stays yours. You give us the limited license needed to store it, sync it, and show it to the people you share it with — that's the product working, not a claim on your content. Don't post content that's illegal, infringing, or abusive; we may remove content or suspend accounts that do.

Invitations

An invite link admits the people it's shared with. Whoever organizes a shared space controls its link, its membership, and its lifecycle.

The service

Popboard is provided "as is," without warranties, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us for it in the past twelve months.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we'll update this page and its effective date. Continuing to use Popboard after a change means you accept the updated terms.
